- Coaching for Academy (NEW)
I have a drream to seeing coaching as a culture in the Academic field. I have reviewed that so far there is no teaching courses, modules, sectors in the full time univeristy curriculum including coaching as a subject. May be I should give a compliement to Hong Kong University SPACE and Chinese University of Hong Kong Continuous Learning Centre that they have already included several short courses about coaching for public to learn. I have also met a one Master Degree doing reseach about coaching. Yet, Coaching as an organizational development and learning is far yet in the Academic field.
Taking the successful example of University of British Colombia, Vancouver, Canada, they hire professional coaches internally and externally to provide 1 on 1 coaching to professors and staffs. They also offers coaching program for staff, students and public.
I am now looking for a pioneer university in Hong Kong to pursue their dream of nurturing future leaders to work with me on this new poject.

- Translation of IAC Coaching Masteries (NEW)
Coach Bonnie, together with a team of Chinese coaches in Hong Kong, translated the IAC Coaching Masteries in to Chinese by taking a time span of 6 months. It is approval and adapted by IAC Board and released for members' use as an eBook.
Coach Bonnie is looking for Japanese coaches to co-operate for translating the IAC Coaching Masteries in to Japanese. It is a voluntary project purposely assisting Japanese coaches to understand and use the Masteries for pursueing an international certification in coaching with International Assoication of Coaching (IAC).

- Development of the tutorial program (March - May 2008)
In order assiting the Chinese coaches to prepare for the IAC Certification, a self-study tutorial program in Chinese will be released by Coach Bonnie in 2008.

- Japanese Cultural Class to young girls (2004 and 2008)
"International Citizenship" has been a core value in building up the next generation. Cross border education is considered as an useful mean in people' capacity development. Read more here.
I, therefore, have a strong passion in utilizing my capacity in cross-cultural knowledge and experiece between China and Hong Kong to creat a playful activity for young girls aged fro 8-10 purposely to inspire their interest and the concept of "International Citzership" by appreciating different cultures.
