HRPC/HKICC Certification Program:

Designing and Implementing of Coaching Programs/Culture for Organizations. Apr 20-22, 2009.

Introduction

Shanghai is said to be the centre of China.  Moreover, Shanghai’s attractions in people and business development have become the icon of the global commercial world.  Knowledge in developing people and organizational effectiveness are essential to HR professionals, yet people with such important responsibilities in fact need frontier sets of skills and knowledge that brings the whole organizations in to sustainable forward movements.  Thus, provocative mindset with self-accountability corporate culture is said to be the next generation people building concept.

Coaching is one of the most up-to-date people development philosophy and skill widely adapted in North American and European global organization of which emphasis on self-awareness, self-discovery and self-accountability.  This Certificate program is the first of its kind in Shanghai and China co-organized by two highly reputable non-profit making organizations purposely to assist fast-forward moving organizations to consider and implement coaching with carefully examined steps for achieving a ROI objective than a rash and rush.
