Mastery #1 - Establishing and Maintaining a Relationship of Trust

Why it is important to ensure a safe space and supportive relationship for personal growth, discovery and transformation?

Who to attend:

• Members who wants to understand and experience the essential of TRUST in a collaborative relationship
• Coaches who wants to get an insight of TRUST in the IAC Masteries

What to do:

• Enjoy connecting with coaches and members
• Engage in the sharing by a coach from her/his personal experience in relates to the subject
• Involve in discussion for co-creating collective new insights in relates to the subject

About the Onion Coaches:

Onion Coaches is a group of passionate and visionary coaches who has co-authored a Chinese coaching book namely "Discern - Change - Success" and published in March 2011.  The first edition for 1,000 booklets was sold out in three months and the second edition was printed to meet the learners'needs.  It is noticed that the book is being used in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Taiwan by university students and new/experienced coaches in their study groups.

International Coaching Conference 2012 Kuala Lumpur

The International Coaching Conference Kuala Lumpur 2012 taking place on April 4th to 5th, 2012 is jointly organized by CESMED and TeamCoach International and co-sponsored by the IAC. Bob Tschannen-Moran, IAC-CC will be giving the Keynote address: Coaching Mastery: A Commitment that Matters. Other speakers are Bonnie Chan, Megan Tschannen-Moran, Tih Sio Hong, M.
