Theme : How does the new IAC Strategic Plan benefit to coaches in Hong Kong?
IAC has completed her study on and formulation for her new strategy after a more than 10-month period of time. It is a strategy plan prepared by listening to IAC members, certified coaches, chapter presidents, Masteries Licensees and the Board of Governor members. There are thrilled and insightful value added to IAC's existing direction. Coach Bonnie likes to use the chapter meeting to share this document with IAC members.

A group of Chinese speaking coaches from Hong Kong and China decided to co-authoring a Coaching book for inspirations. In the upcoming HK Chapter meetings, we will use the time to brainstorming and develope the book. We believe the process will inspire our personal growth to serve the community better.
