The Law of Attraction

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

We enjoyed very much the group coaching session led by Coach Susie as when we left the venue, we found one of the clues of Attraction is "the sense of Allowing".

Have you ever allow things happening as is?

Have you ever allow differences?

Have you ever allow your authentic self be exposed?

Have you ever allow whatever the outcome teaches?

What if your sense of Allowing becomes your unconsciouse competence?

..........................................................................

Exercise  used in the session:

Exercise 1

a)  What is not working in your life at this time?  List everything you can think of:

b)  Write the opposite from what is not working.   Write what you want.

Exercise 2

What have you been resisting in your life that's keeping you stuck?

Write about a difficult time you went through that you thought you'd never make it through, but now that you look back, you actually appreciate it for who it helped you become.

Exercise 3

What makes you feel most connected/aligned?  When did you have ecstasy?

Was it:

-                -  a religious experience

-                - a time in nature

-                 - feeling connection with a person or a pet

-                  - a feeling of appreciation for all that is

-                  - dancing

 Exercise 4

What types of feelings are hardest for you to allow?

If we allow our feelings to be there, they will diminish soon.  Then ask yourself, what do I really want in this situation?

Exercises devised by Teri Thomas (Attraction Coach and Teacher)
