In the Feb HK Chapter meeting, coaches decided to come together to speak out their 2009 Coaching goals and build the supportive system among them.

Here was the process for building a supportive system we have experienced.

• There required a high intention and attention to help us to raise our awareness in "Are we in need of a supportive system?"  We did and we found.  If there are no NEEDS, nothing will be initiated to happen.  If there are no awareness in the NEEDS, nothing will be inspired in our mind.
• Then, we experienced the process of OPENNESS.  It was not a leakage of openness but an authentically truth of openness = face our true self.  Thus, a pure TRUST led our flow of sharing.
• We learned to listen, to listen beyond the words, to listen the unspoken.  Sense of empathy embraced us in circle to trust our ownership of potential.
• We shared, we reflected, we questioned, we feedback, we championed, we clarified.......... let the inner self to speak its words.  There were no right and wrong, good and bad.  What matters are the expressiveness.
• Spoken out the NEEDS and it will be met, not by you, not by me but by the natural system of supportive system created by the group at PRESENCE.
• We were not looking for the answer or solution.  Instead, we got the wisdom of resources - our self-acceptance and self-assurance without judgmental.
• We see the possibilities of our greater self in organizing coaching workshops, receiving the deserved coaching fee, letting go the false self and focusing the goal of Certification.
•  Meeting was ended there but the supportive system evolved in to an synergized energy that embedded in each of our hearts with sustainable empowerment.
