It was my honor to have involved in the first meeting of the IAC Shenzhen Chapter hosted by Coach Benny yesterday.  The meeting was attended by 18 participants who are mostly executives/senior executives of enterprises in Shenzhen.  They came with a curoisity in knowing more about Coaching and how to become a leader with Charisma in organiations.  It was a meeting with great success.

We had discussion, small group activities and presentations.  I was particular impressed by their enthusiastic and openness in learning though they are all brilliant and knowlegable leaders in the city.  They appreciated the meeting has given them room for reflection and self-awareness. 

Well, we hope to fan the flame with small step in introducing how benefit Coaching could bring to one's life and work.
