Kung Hei Fat Choi!
Happy Year of Rat.
In my recent conversations with coaches in Hong Kong and China, I was
told that they are receiving more email enquiries asking for
co-operation opportunities. Their names are either picked from the
HKICC coaches directory or the IAC membership list.
It is not a surprise to me. As a couple years ago, there were chief coaches from international coaching and consultant companies asked me on how to identify high standard Chinese speaking coaches in China. Some did come to Hong Kong and interviewed a number of coaches to get ready for their future marketing strategy.
Although there are quite a number of professions use the title of "Coach" in China, both my UK and US experienced chief coaches told me that they are more on consulting than coaching by giving advises based on their rich business experiences. Coaching in Hong Kong are having a closer concept as what they are doing in overseas.
Frankily speaking, if you are a high standard and certified coach, resided in China, having strong leadership in developing and managing a team of coaches with bilingual capacity, you are the one being in hunt.
