I consider all these are "Personal Effectiveness" of one's cognitive skills in awaring of his/her personal capacibilities and characteristics and how does it relate to others. Building an environmental support (#14 of the 15 Proficiencies of Thomas Leonard, Coachville) is another vital skills in effective and effortless achievement.

  • How much time you are living in your life with strong sense of awareness?
  • How much time you put in reflecting your daily life with your values?
  • How much time you dig in designing a supportive enviroment to embracing your life purpose and goals?
  • How much time you have been investing in the above questions?
  • Don't keep on just DOING but be BEING!
