BCCS - IAC Masteries Foundation Program
The IAC Masteries Foundation Tele-class is designed for someone who has completed a coaching foundation course and is seriously considering to become a masterful coach and attain the highest standard of coaching credential.
The course is about:
- What is the IAC Coaching Masteries?
- How to apply IAC Coaching Masteries in to a coaching session?
- The distinction of Average Coaching and Masterful Coaching.
- How an international coaching certification means to your profession?
The course is appropriate for someone who are looking for:
- To advance your coaching skill to the masterful level.
- To understanding the importance of Coaching Being.
- To learn and use a Coaching Model that can lead to an international certification.
The course outcome ables you:
- To understand the essence of each of the 9 IAC Masteries.
- To use IAC Coaching Masteries as your advance coaching model.
- To understand the clue in building people's potential.
- To able to integrately using Listening, Expressing and Clarifying in to an advanced coaching level.
- To enhance your skill in assiting your clients to design an environmental system.
- To familiar with the IAC Code of Ethics and adapt it in to your ethical standard.
- To have prepared yourself for the IAC Certification online Test 1. Upon passed, you will be entitled the designation of "IAC Practitioner" along signing the IAC Learning Agreement.
The program delivery format:
- Two 1-hour tele-classes a month for a total of 12 tele-classes in a period of 6 months.
- Join the buddy practising system.
- To commit on the wrriten assignment(s).
- The class size will remain small to not more than 10 participants.
- Language : Cantonese (English and Putonghua class will be organized upon request)
Your investment:
- 12-hr tele-class participation.
- After each class, 200 words learning reflection by email to the group.
- At least one 30-min coaching practise as a coach a month
- At least one 30-min coaching involvement as a coachee a month.
- For graudation, present
- HK$3,800 to pay in advance via paypal
