I have just completed a 60-hr coaching program.  Am I ready for the IAC Certification? 

IAC certifies coaches who are able to demonstrate a masterful coaching in 30 min, in which the 9 Masteries are used appropiately with coaching effect for the benefit of the client. If you are not certain about the level of coaching you are now, you could hire a mentor coach to give your some advises.  Or you could join the IAC Masteries Foundation Course to ensure your understanding about the 9 Masteries.

I was a HR manager and learned coaching from HKU Space (120 hr Diploma Course on Executive Coaching).  I want to become a full time coach.  How should I start start? 

BCCS offers mentor coaching for coaches in this situation.  We have found that most of the coaches are not certain about thier coaching niche and how to position themself  in the coaching market.  Moreover, to start a coaching business, there requires business planning, marketing planning, networking planning, program planning and sales strategy.  We could be of your service.

I have attended BCCS IAC Retreat but did not further pursue the IAC Certification due to personal reasons.  If I want to start off my certification journey again, what should I do? 

Since you have already attended the BCCS IAC Retreat, you should have an overall understanding of what IAC Masteries are and the requirement for Certification Part 2.  We would suggest you to join the ChineseCertifiedCoach Tele-practicum where you have opportinity to do live coaching and get feedbacks from the coaching buddies and the mentor coach.
