BCCS - 3-day Intensive Practicum Retreat

Are You Unsure of Your Next Step Either As A Coach Or As An Individual?

Do You Feel That You Have Yet To Reach Your Full Potential?

Would You Like To Make 10 Times What You Currently Earn, Doing What You LOVE?

Is Having More Free Time Important To You?

Fellow Coaches,

If your answer is yes to any of these questions, then I have the answer: you need my E-philosophy.

As an experienced executive coach, mentor, and business consultant, I have spent hours, days, months, and years, perfecting the art of coaching and mentoring. As a result of this, I am now very successful, have built up a reputation that precedes me, and most importantly, have the flexibility to really enjoy my life – even though I work!

I’m sure all of you will agree that coaching is not just a job, it’s a passion. It has allowed me to have a comfortable income, a lot of free time, to interact with people of all levels, and is a very fulfilling and flexible career.

However, that’s me. For some of you, especially if you are just starting out or embarking on a new path, fulfilment is still one step away.

Since sharing is an integral part of coaching, I want you to know what I know. What I have discovered. What I have developed. Use this knowledge. Exploit it. Benefit from it.

So, what is my secret? I’ll tell you: my E-Philosophy.

I hear you asking, “How can this E-Philosophy help me?”

  • If you have completed a qualification to become a coach, but do not yet feel confident enough to coach clients, then you need my E-philosophy.

  • If you have already completed your coaching course but need a mentor for international certification (IAC), then you need my E-Philosophy.

  • If you are preparing to set up and start your own business to coach full-time, then you need my E-Philosophy.

  • If you are an experienced coach looking to enhance your current skills and expand your target market, then you need my E-Philosophy.

  • If you are a company specializing in coaching or consulting and want to break into the Chinese market, then you need my E-Philosophy.

So, what exactly is my E-Philosophy?

Well, it’s a simple strategy I have developed which focuses on getting you from where you are to where you want to be, in 3 easy stages.

Elicit

Elicitation, (or the drawing out), of a person’s potential is one of the most overlooked aspects in this profession. By knowing your own potential as a coach, you can, in turn, understand the potential of your client.

Potential, as I understand it, is the way you achieve greatness through eliciting (drawing out) and ultimately conveying, your inner thoughts, feelings, and guidance, in a manner that uniquely benefits you and your clients.

Empower

Sir Francis Bacon once said, “Knowledge Is Power”. It is true…knowledge is power. However, the kind of knowledge to which I am referring is not one learned from books, but achieved through self-awareness (or the knowledge of one within).

Self-awareness regarding knowing your limitations and fears, overcoming them, and moving forward to pursue personal goals or dreams, is what I believe to be the most effective way to become empowered. Being able to envision future plans and actions, which in turn, elevates an individual to a higher level, is, in my mind, what empowerment is all about.

Elevate

Elicitation and empowerment instantly bring you elevation to the next level, both as a person and as a coach. Haven’t you noticed the most successful people are the ones who ooze confidence, are certain of themselves, and who are practised at their art? They draw on their potential, their experience, empowered by both, and subconsciously demand attention and respect from their clients. This could be you!

Elicit. Empower. Elevate.

Of course, it’s easier to see my E-philosophy in action, which is why I have organized a 3-day Masteries Coaching Retreat* located in the mystical, natural beauty of the Resort Hotel in Zhong Shan of China. However, to ensure personal attention and focus on participant’s individual needs, places are limited to just 12!

Yes, just 12 people will be privy to group discussions, explorations, techniques, skills, and simulated and real life situations, upon which to obtain valuable practice.

The total cost for this unique chance to elicit, empower, and elevate yourself during the course of the 3-day Masteries Coaching Retreat* in beautiful Zhong Shan is just HK$8,850 per person and includes:

  • Return ferry transportation from Hong Kong to Zhong Shan;
  • 2 nights’ hotel accommodation (twin share basis);
  • All normal meals  (2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners);
  • Group discussions and practicum with other coaches;
  • Group discussions regarding client’s trust, potential and intentions;
  • Techniques and tips regarding listening, expressing, and clarifying;
  • Techniques and information regarding the creation and use of supportive systems and structures.

Don’t miss out on an exceptional opportunity to learn a proven coaching technique, gain valuable practice and experience, and of course, network with other coaches like yourself in the natural splendour of the Zhong Shan region.

"As the retreat drew to an end, we as a group were more inspired, more confident of our knowledge and what we are able to achieve. The goal of IAC certification seems closer and more reachable now. With support from each other and our mentor coach, we know that our coaching journey will continue with greater enthusiasm, passion and success! "~ by Lorraine Lee~ 2008

Coach attended the 17-19 Oct 2008 retreat, has written this testinmonial:

With the beautiful and peaceful environment of the resort, well-organized learning materials and structure, and most important of all, Coach Bonnie’s unmatched insights, devotion and care to each participant, the IAC Practicum Retreat has brought me to a new frontier of coaching that is incomparable to any other coaching courses or workshops.  The retreat has not only enhanced my competence of acquiring the IAC certification, but also elicited personal transformation that empowered me to be a truly masterful coach.  I have been deeply inspired as what a Coach should BE and how a Coach should DO, in both conscious and unconscious dimensions. The whole experience was stimulating, exciting, fulfilling and enjoyable.

This is a retreat that enables all levels of coaches to have substantial progress in their personal and professional journey.  I shall recommend it to everyone who are passionate about coaching and would like to bring out their BEST to be a masterful coach.  ~ by Coach Karen 2008

Due to the extremely good responses of the last 3-day Masteries Coaching Retreat* , I have been compelled to organize a third retreat from 6-8 March, 2009. Don’t miss out on this opportunity for a second chance to participate!
