What is the structure of the Program?

• The eCourse.  Approx 10 hours of self-learning eCourse for preparing yourself to understand the meaning behind the IAC Coaching Masteries, the coaching model that you will need to demonstrate masterully in order to become an IAC Certified Coach.
• The Face to Face Intensive Mentoring Program. 15 hourse in two and a half days of in person mentoring, practice and demonstration of the coaching masteries.  You will coach, observe coaching, and get expert feedback and mentoring from Coach Bonnie.
• The After-program Emailing Support.   3 months after-program emailing support to answer your wuestions in preparing for the certification.

What is your investment?

• Your time - a total of 25 hours learning hours and comit to continue doing the 30-min coaching sessions using IAC Masteries, preferably for over 20 recordings.
• Your heart - to bring your talent, blessing and good will to the group for inspirations and support.
• Your commitment - to join the IAC membership during the learning period to kick off your certification journey.
• Your fee - HK$6,800 (a minimum of 8 participants to start the program.)

Who is your instructor?

Bonnie Chan, IAC-CC

Bonnie is the first IAC-CC certified coach from Hong Kong, and served as the Director on the Board of Governors of International Association of Coaching (IAC), a leading non-profit certifying organization in the world in 2007-2010.

One of the first batch coaches in Asia, Bonnie is the founding member of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community (HKICC) ans was elected as President in 2005/6 and is actively involved as the Honorary Advisor to the community.  She is currently a part-time leacturer in the HKU SPACE teaching Corporate Coaching.

Bonnie completed her coaching training in the Graduate School of Coaching, Coachville.  She earned her BA degree from the Keio University of Japan in Human Science and her Master degree of Science from West Coast University in Applied Eco-Psychology.  Bonnie lived and worked in Hong Kong, Japan, Canada and China.  She speaks English, Putongua, Cantonese and Japanese.  Bonnie has co-authored with other coaches and published Chinese coaching books on "Parent Coaching"(2005), "Couple Coaching"(2009) and "Onion Coaching"(2011).

When is the schedule of the Program?

The Program will only run once a year in Hong Kong (in Nov)  and Shanghai (in Mar).
